Reconnassance - Morris Mk.II

Morris Light Reconnaissance Car was a British light armoured car for reconnaissance use produced by the Morris Motor Company and used by the

British during the second world war.  The vehicle had an unusual internal arrangement, with 3 man crew sitting side by side with the driver in the

middle, a crewman manning a small multi sided turret mounting Bren light machinegun at the right side and another with the Boys .55inch anti

tank rifle mounted in hatches on the hull roof and access radio set to the left.  From 1940-44 over 2200 were built.

The Morris Mk.I was a rear engined, 4x2 rear wheel drive vehicle with a smooth enclosed underbelly that gave it quite good cross country capability.

On the 4x4 wheeled Mk.II version, the coil springs were replaced with leaf springs.

With respect to image size naturally the AutoCAD file is in real world scale of 1:1 so what this means is that the project has been drawn up in real world dimensions,

I have provided for you an Illustrator file of the blueprint and with this you can make any size you want.  It can be larger than the tif file I have also provided, ideally whenever

possible you use the AutoCAD file as your blueprint in max but it's not always optimal.  As for example when modeling an aeroplane you wouldn't import an AutoCAD file but

you would create a nice high resolution of that file in tif or png format and import that into max or what ever software you are using as your modeling application. 

This way you ensure that your lines will be clearly visible whilst modeling.
